Telecare is a service through which A Better Way makes daily calls to older, disabled, or homebound adults. We offer a friendly voice to help brighten our clients’ days, as well as comfort in knowing that someone is checking in on them. Telecare provides comfort and joy not only to those being called, but also to their loved ones, knowing that someone is checking in each day.
- Daily at scheduled times
- Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- Monday through Friday
- On holidays too!
- Medication reminders
- …or just to chat!
PEACE OF MIND
If there is no contact made on the phone at the scheduled call time, our staff will….
- Call back every 15 minutes for the next hour
- Call emergency contacts
- Send a contact to check on the client
