The Caseworker will work directly with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing crisis intervention and support services.

Night Case Manager

The Night Case Manager will be responsible for providing support services during the evening and overnight hours to the survivors and secondary survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault while staying at A Better Way’s residential facility.
Case Manager – Richmond

The Case Manager will provide mobile support services to the survivors and secondary survivors of domestic and sexual violence in and around the Richmond service area.
Landlord Liaison

The Landlord Liaison will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness secure stable housing by building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and property owners within ABW’s service area.
ADMINISTRATION
Director of Development
The Director of Development will oversee all of A Better Way’s fundraising efforts, donor relations, and the planning and execution of fundraising events throughout the year.
Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant will provide vital support to the Executive Director by ensuring smooth operation through various tasks, special projects, and administrative responsibilities.
Finance and Grant Coordinator
The Finance and Grant Coordinator will monitor and track the finances related to grants that support A Better Way. You will manage the outcomes, objectives, spending, and timeliness of awarded grants and grant applications, report and track data, and support the Executive Director and Finance Director by occasionally assisting in grant application preparation.
CRISIS HOTLINE
Crisis Hotline Supervisor

The Crisis Hotline Supervisor will manage, direct, and train Crisis Specialists working on the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline hotline. This opportunity is part-time and requires on-site supervision from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
