Night Case Manager
Seeking a full-time Night Case Manager who will offer direct intervention and support services to survivors and secondary survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault residing in our facility, as well as keep the shelter safe and secure overnight. High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience in human services, case management, social work, counseling, or crisis intervention are required.
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
The HR Specialist will contribute to the people operations by assisting in talent acquisition, orientation, and other Human Resource duties.
Opportunity for part-time or full-time with a hybrid work-from-home schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Nonprofit management or the equivalent in related experience is required. Prior recruiting or HR Generalist experience is preferred.
Rural Sexual Assault Victim Advocate
Seeking a full-time Rural Sexual Assault Victim Advocate to provide crisis intervention and support services to survivors of sexual assault or human trafficking in rural areas
High school diploma is required along with three to five years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
This full-time Counselor will work with survivors of sexual assault by offering individual and group counseling, education, and support sessions.
Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required. Previous experience working with survivors of sexual violence is preferred.
Rapid Rehousing Case Manager
The Rapid Rehousing Case Manager will offer direct support services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
High school diploma is required along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree in a related field.
This part-time Caseworker will work directly with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to provide crisis intervention and support.
High school diploma is required along with two years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
The Crisis Specialist will assist in carrying out the mission and goals of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline program and A Better Way Services, Inc., by providing high quality on the phone emotional support, intervention, information, and resources to all contacts. Crisis Specialists will receive training related to active listening skills, suicide prevention practices, and utilization of agency resources to match callers with needed information.
Hours Preferred: Evenings, Nights and Weekends
Crisis Chat & Text Specialist
Seeking full-time and part-time positions for the Crisis Chat & Text Specialist, who will respond to incoming suicide chats/texts and provide support and referrals as needed.
Weekends 12pm-8pm Needed
Weekdays and Weekends 8pm-4am
Degree work in human service or related field preferred. Comparable experience in suicide prevention and crisis intervention will be taken into consideration.
